The school places a strong focus on recruiting passionate, experienced educators. Benefits include competitive pay, paid education and professional development, and discounted childcare for staff — promoting retention and a nurturing learning environment.
Parents are considered essential learning partners. Teachers document children’s learning processes, and family-teacher collaboration helps tailor learning to the child’s unique interests and developmental needs.
